These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoltForce LLC website at volt-force.com and the services we make available through it. VoltForce LLC ("VoltForce," "we," "us," or "our") is a New Jersey limited liability company. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who we are
VoltForce is a recruiting agency and talent partner. We source and place candidates on behalf of our client companies.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or to apply for roles through us. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Recruiting agency, not the employer
VoltForce acts as a recruiting agency and talent partner. We are not the employer for the roles we present, and we do not make hiring decisions. Employment offers, terms, wages, benefits, and hiring decisions are made solely by the prospective employer. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, and applying to a role or communicating with us does not create an employment relationship, nor any guarantee of placement, interviews, offers, or results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You also agree that information you submit will be accurate, current, and yours to share.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious, including malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site, its servers, or its security.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.
6. Your submissions
If you submit a resume, application, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share them and that they are accurate. You retain ownership of what you submit, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of providing our recruiting services, including sharing it with prospective employer clients. We handle applicant information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, excluding materials you submit and third-party marks, are owned by VoltForce or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without our permission.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. No professional advice

10. Disclaimer of warranties

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

When you use the site or contact us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any separate written agreement, you agree that the state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have jurisdiction over any dispute not otherwise resolved.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VoltForce regarding the site. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
