Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how VoltForce LLC ("VoltForce," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website at volt-force.com, our careers and job-application pages, and our recruiting activities. VoltForce LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company and operates as a recruiting agency that sources and places candidates on behalf of client companies. By using our website or applying through us, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect directly from you

When you apply for a role, contact us, or otherwise engage with us, we may collect:

2. Information we collect from other sources

Because we are a recruiting agency, we also identify and evaluate potential candidates who have not necessarily contacted us first. In doing so we may obtain professional information from:

If we hold information about you and you would like to know what we have or ask us to remove it, contact us at hello@volt-force.com.

3. Information we collect automatically

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on our website, and we do not track your browsing across other sites. Our website may use only the minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

Email tracking. Outreach emails we send may include a small tracking pixel that tells us whether and when the email was opened. You can prevent this by blocking remote images in your email client, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message.

4. How we use your information

5. Automated tools

We use software, including our recruiting platform Filament, that applies automated tools to help organize applications, parse resumes, and identify candidates who may fit a role. These tools assist our work; a human reviews candidates and makes all substantive decisions. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for advertising or to data brokers. Sharing your information with prospective employer clients is the core of the recruiting service you ask us to provide, and is not a sale for advertising purposes.

7. "Do Not Track" signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because we do not track your activity across third-party websites, we do not change our behavior in response to DNT signals; there is no cross-site tracking to turn off.

8. Data retention

We retain candidate information for as long as it is useful for providing recruiting services and considering you for future opportunities. We are not required to delete it on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will honor that request, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any credentials you use with us confidential.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@volt-force.com. You can also unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable state law.

To protect you, we honor verified requests, and we may first confirm your identity so that no one else can access or delete your data. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly handle the personal data of individuals located in the EU or the UK.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites, including client career pages and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this Policy does not apply to them.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are directed to working professionals and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
