You bill. We handle everything else. VoltForce is hiring a Principal Recruiter who wants to run their own desk at the top of their game, without the agency politics, the back-office drag, or tools that fight them. You bring your billing and your judgment. We bring the platform, the pipeline infrastructure, and the operational load off your plate, so your day goes to clients and candidates and nothing else.

This is for the senior recruiter who already knows they can bill and just wants a platform that lets them do it. No manager over your shoulder. No admin swallowing your afternoons. No capped plan shrinking your split the harder you work.

You run a full agency 360 desk in one of our three verticals. You own your searches end to end, and your split climbs the more you bill. Filament, our own recruitment platform, takes the tracking, the admin, and the reporting off you. The systems, the back end, the operational side, we run. You run the desk.

What we expect

• Run your own agency 360 desk end to end, from business development through close
• Win and grow your own clients through your network, market mapping, and presence in the sector, and turn them into repeat business
• Own search execution end to end: talent mapping, outreach, evaluation, submittal, interview management, and close
• Take briefs directly from founders, CTOs, and VPs, and be the senior voice from first call through offer
• Negotiate terms, fees, and offers, and develop creative solutions for your clients
• Work in Filament and keep every client's pipeline honest: real stages, nothing padded
• Bring a client-first mentality rooted in ethical recruitment practices

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years running a full 360 desk, from business development through close, with a genuine billing history you can speak to in detail
• Direct recruiting experience in at least one of our core verticals: Climatech, Advanced Materials, or Industry 4.0
• A real book of business, or the network and business development instinct to build one fast
• The self-direction to run an autonomous desk without a manager
• The conviction in your own billing to back yourself on an uncapped, commission-only split

The details

Location: Fully remote, with travel to industry events and client sites as you see fit to support your desk
Reports to: Founder
Employment: Full-time, commission-only
Compensation: Uncapped. A tiered split that climbs as you bill, with performance bonuses on top. We walk you through the full ladder on the first call.
Schedule: You set your own. Fully remote, permanently, with no return-to-office and no one auditing your calendar.
Level: Senior / Principal

An honest word on how this works. This is a commission-only seat, no base, straight from what you bill. That is exactly why the ceiling is uncapped, and why a strong biller out-earns any capped plan here. What you get in return is the whole back end taken off you: our platform, our systems, and the operational load handled, so a bigger share of every fee reaches the person who earned it and your time goes where it should. For the right recruiter that is not the catch. It is the whole point.
